Warranty Policy
3-Year Limited Structural & Finish Warranty
Garden Archways products are backed by a 3-Year Limited Warranty covering:
- Structural integrity of the steel frame
- Defects in materials and workmanship
- Failure of factory-applied powder-coated finish under normal residential use
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers products installed according to provided instructions.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage due to improper installation
- Failure to anchor securely into concrete
- Coastal salt exposure
- Sprinkler or fertilizer chemical exposure
- Surface scratches, impacts, or abuse
- Weather events, storms, earthquakes
- Commercial misuse or overloading
Remedy
At our discretion, Garden Archways will:
- Repair the affected component, or
- Replace the defective part
