Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing Garden Archways. Every product we make is handcrafted, made-to-order, and built with premium materials. The shipping process below ensures your order arrives safely and in excellent condition.
1. Production Time (Before Shipping)
All products are made-to-order, not pre-stocked. Typical production times:
- Standard items: 3–4 weeks
- Custom designs: timeline provided after final drawing approval
Rush shipping is not available because products require fabrication time before shipping.
2. Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping (UPS Ground or Freight)
- Delivery time: 3–7 business days after production is completed
- Cost: Free for orders over $500
- Orders under $500: Standard UPS Ground rates apply
Expedited or Express Shipping
Because our products are built to order, overnight, 2-day, and 3-day shipping are not available.
However, if you have an urgent deadline (wedding, event, designer installation, real estate staging, etc.), please contact us before or immediately after placing your order. When our production schedule allows, we may be able to:
- Rush or prioritize fabrication
- Offer an accelerated build timeline
- Arrange expedited freight after production (where applicable)
While rush orders are not guaranteed, we will always do our best to accommodate special requests.
3. Large Items & Freight Deliveries
Some archways and garage trellises ship via freight truck due to size and weight.
For freight shipments:
- Someone must be present to receive the delivery
- Please inspect the shipment before signing
- If damage is visible, note it with the driver and contact us immediately
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States (48 contiguous states).

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You may track your shipment at any time using the carrier’s website.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or you believe it is lost:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery attempt or receipt
- Email: info@gardenarchways.com
- Include photos of the damaged packaging and product
We will assist with replacement or claims as quickly as possible.
